Revive Mental Wellness
An integrative psychiatry practice specializing in whole-person care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, treating your sleep, your physical health, and your daily life alongside your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.
I Specialize In:
ADHD in children, teens, and adults, including diagnosis, medication management, and helping you understand how your brain actually works instead of just treating symptoms
Holistic treatment of anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder that looks at sleep, physical health, and daily life, not only medication
Sleep-related mental health concerns, including insomnia and sleep apnea, and the very real connection between poor sleep and anxiety, depression, and ADHD
I believe not everything that looks psychiatric starts with a psychiatric disorder, and finding the real cause matters more than naming the symptom. You don't need to be perfect. You need to feel like yourself again, and we'll get there together.
Hi, I’m Jynnah Schwartzwolf, PMHNP-BC.
I'm an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes not everything that looks psychiatric starts with a psychiatric disorder, and that finding the real cause matters more than naming the symptom.
My path here didn't start in psychiatry. It started in cardiac recovery and labor and delivery. That changed when my first job as a nurse practitioner put me in charge of patients on dangerous combinations of benzodiazepines, stimulants, and opioids, and taught me firsthand how much complexity real mental health care requires. It became personal a few years later, when I found myself needing multiple prescriptions just to sleep and still not feeling well. Learning to look at my own sleep, physical health, and daily habits changed more for me than medication alone ever did, and that's the same whole-person approach I bring to every patient who sits across from me now.
Do you…
Feel like you're not strong enough to handle everything everyone expects of you, even the small stuff?
Lie in bed exhausted, but somehow still can't fall asleep?
Snap at the people you love over things that shouldn't bother you this much, then feel guilty about it after?
Feel so overwhelmed by everything on your plate that you don't know where to start, so you end up not starting at all?
Wait until the very last second on things you've known about for weeks, then wonder why you keep doing that to yourself?
Feel hopeless, unmotivated, or like you can't stop crying, even on days when nothing "bad" actually happened?
Notice your mind racing or your heart pounding over things that don't seem to justify it?
Spend your days taking care of everyone else, your kids, your partner, your job, and realize somewhere along the way you dropped yourself off your own list?
If any of that sounds like you, you're not imagining it and you're not failing. My job is to help you figure out what's actually going on and build a plan around your life, not just write a prescription and send you on your way.
How I Help You Get There
Medication Management. The right amount of support for the right amount of time, not more medication just to check a box.
Assessment of sleep patterns, sleep hygiene, insomnia, restless-leg symptoms, and potential sleep-apnea-related contributors to mental health symptoms.
Lab Testing & Integrative Support. Ruling out thyroid issues, vitamin deficiencies, and other physical causes before assuming everything is psychiatric.
ADHD, Anxiety & Depression Screening. Understanding how your symptoms actually overlap, so we treat what's really driving how you feel.
Mood Disorder Screening. A clearer picture of your mood patterns, so we can build toward real, lasting stability.
Approach & Philosophy
Getting better isn't about fixing everything at once. Think of it like a road with fifteen steps between where you are now and where you want to be. You don't need to figure out steps two through fifteen today. You just need to figure out how to take the next one, then do that again. That's really the whole plan: one honest step forward, repeated until your life actually feels different.
I also want you to know that needing medication isn't a failure. I wouldn't tell someone who needs glasses to just squint harder, and I don't think about psychiatric medication any differently. Some people need it for a season while they build better habits and work through something hard. Others are simply built in a way that benefits from it long term. Neither one means you didn't try hard enough.
And here's something that might surprise you: my goal isn't to see you forever. If treatment is working, you'll eventually need me less, not more. Maybe that means going from monthly visits to once every few months. I consider that a win, not something to avoid. I'd rather build a practice full of people who are doing well and checking in occasionally than one where everyone needs me every single week.
What It's Like to Work With Me
They feel heard.
The one thing most of my patients' feedback comes down to.Not rushed through a short appointment, not treated like a diagnosis with a prescription attached to it — actually heard.
I've had patients tell me I'm the first psychiatric provider who actually listened to their concerns and did something about it. That one stays with me, because listening should be the baseline, not something people are surprised to finally get.
You can expect a space where you won't be judged for what you're going through, whatever that is. I'll ask about your sleep, your stress, your relationships, and your daily life, not to avoid treating your symptoms, but because those things are usually connected to them. Your care is something we build together. I bring clinical knowledge. You bring the fact that you know your own life better than I ever will. Putting those two things together is how we actually get somewhere.
